Mark and Nina's show on Saturday 17th January 2009, saw them introduce a new feature to encourage them to stick to their New Year's resolution to lose weight!
They have decided to team up with celebrity chefs to share top tips and healthy recipes.
Over the coming weeks on this page you will see Mark and Nina's top tips and recipes and also some from Celebrity chefs. This page will be updated every week with the recipes mentioned on the shows.

" Please don't forget you must exercise too. I.e Walk to the shops or if you can, run or go for a swim. I lost 4.5 stone in 18 months and I feel great! "
